This is a property that needed alot of work. The owner was also on a budget. All it takes is a little imagination, and you CAN create a beautifully updated space. You can do this without breaking the bank.

The Courtyard

We dug the original courtyard out & tore down the brick wall. We were able to find a Great price on the Arizona Flagstone. Total cost for the stone was around &1500.00. We had no Labor expense, because we did the work ourselves. I also redesigned the Landscaping. We're very pleased with how it turned out..

Updated Kitchen

The Budget wouldn't allow for new cabinents, so we opted to resurface the existing cabintry & add new hardware.. We also sanded down the Laminate counter top and applied a silver paint, then sealed it. The sink was also replaced. We chose a nice faux copper panel ,on the backslash. Average cost to professionally design a kitchen,is probably around $30,000. Our cost ...Roughly $1500.00
Who wouldn't LOVE that.
